Premier Service Options

Premier services are normally tailored to meet your bespoke needs.

These services are designed to minimise your need to allocate resources to perform any of the day-to-day tasks required to maintain and support the operation of complex software products. We can take responsibility for time-consuming tasks like

• software installation
• server maintenance
• configuration changes
• problem diagnosis
• software updates

You must first purchase the Foundation Support Service and any Options you might need. To this you may add these Premier services:

Configuration Service Option
Deployment Service Option
Configuration Change Service Option
Diagnostic Service Option

Premier Services Fee Structure

The cost for each of the Premier Services is dependent on the combination of specific options selected, the scale of the task and your own environment. Typically the Premier Configuration and the Deployment Services are provided at a one off charge. The Premier Configuration Change and Diagnostic Services are provided on an annual fee basis.
