7x24 Critical Support Option
This option extends the Foundation service to provide critical problem cover outside the hours in which
Foundation service is available to provide round the clock coverage every day of the year. Use this option
to match your operational requirements - for long term systems operation on a 24-hour basis or simply to
cover a specific short term requirement to ensure you have support for an out of hours upgrade,
deployment or critical business period.
Key Incremental Service Parameters
- Calls must be logged by telephones
- Caller must provide number for call back
- Dedicated out of hours call centre
- operators will log receipt of your call
- despatch to on call engineers who will call back
- Extends Standard Support & Maintenance for critical faults
- Cover available every day with no exclusions for public holidays
